Identity and research access data.
Scope
This policy covers information collected by Agentix, Inc. (WOMO Labs) through womolabs.ai and agentix.pro, and through briefing, demo and research-access requests. It does not cover data processed inside a customer deployment: that data stays within the customer perimeter and is governed by the customer agreement.
What we collect
When you request a briefing, a demo, or research access, we collect your name, company, role, work email, LinkedIn profile, and anything you write in the form, plus timestamps. We also collect standard aggregate server and analytics data such as page views and referrers. We do not sell personal information and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To schedule and prepare briefings and demos, review eligibility for research access, keep an auditable record of research distribution, and respond to related enterprise inquiries. Aggregate analytics are used to maintain and improve the site.
Retention and deletion
Requests are retained while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward, and longer where required for security or legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, write to contact@womolabs.ai.
Service providers
We use a small number of infrastructure providers for site hosting, email delivery, and submission storage. They process information on our instructions only and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
