Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using womolabs.ai (the “Site”) or the Womo Labs platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Service.
2. The service
The Service is the Womo Labs Enterprise World Model and related tooling, made available to enterprise customers under a separate written master services agreement (“MSA”). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an executed MSA, the MSA controls with respect to the Service.
3. Eligibility and accounts
Access to non-public portions of the Service is limited to authorized users of a customer that has entered into an MSA. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You will not (a) attempt to reverse engineer or extract the model weights, (b) use the Service to violate applicable law, (c) attempt to circumvent security controls, or (d) use the Service to build a competing product.
5. Intellectual property
Womo Labs and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, models, documentation, and content, except for customer data, which remains the property of the customer.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other party's confidential information with at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own, and in no case less than a reasonable standard of care.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Warranties applicable to the Service, if any, are set forth exclusively in the MSA.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Womo Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
